About Dr. Holbert, Our Award-Winning Orthodontist
Dr. Michael Holbert’s favorite part of being an orthodontist is getting to work with patients all day long. He enjoys forming personal connections and teaching them about the orthodontic process while creating healthy and beautiful smiles.
Dr. Holbert is the recipient of many recognitions, including a Virginia Living Magazine “2023 Top Dentist” in 2023, 2022, 2022 and 2019, and the first runner-up in the “Best Orthodontic Practice” category of the Richmond Times-Dispatch – The Best 2020 readers’ contest.
A firm believer in the importance of continuing education, Dr. Holbert is an active member of various study clubs, which enables him to collaborate with other dental professionals. He also attends American Association of Orthodontists meetings in order to stay up to date with the latest treatment techniques and technologies. Additionally, Dr. Holbert teaches part-time at the Department of Orthodontics at VCU School of Dentistry.
